REFUND & RETURN POLICY
- Damaged or Defective Items Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. To process a replacement or refund, you must provide clear photos or videos of the damaged item to our customer support team within 7 days of delivery. Once verified, we will send a brand-new replacement at no extra cost to you.
- Shipping & Address Errors Please ensure that all shipping information is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders that are misdelivered or lost due to incorrect, incomplete, or invalid shipping addresses provided by the customer. No refunds will be issued for orders with incorrect address details provided by the buyer.
- Change of Mind Due to our automated fulfillment system, we do not accept returns or refunds for changes of mind once the order has been processed and shipped.
